Migavibe is part of a family of platforms operated by Migamor GmbH. Users are encouraged to choose the platform that best matches their identity and preferences.

Migavibe is a technology platform only.
We do not organise, manage, supervise, or control events. All events are independently created and run by approved users (“Event Organisers”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Migavibe.

2. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Platform”: Migamor GmbH and Migavibe
• “You”, “User”: Any person accessing or using the Platform
• “Event Organiser”: A user approved to publish events
• “Content”: Any text, images, profiles, or event listings submitted
• “Services”: All features provided via the Platform

3. Nature of Service – Platform Only

Migavibe connects users.
You are solely responsible for organising, attending, and participating in events.

• All events must be free to attend
• No payments are processed through the Platform
• Migavibe accepts no responsibility for event logistics, safety, or legality

Event Restrictions

• Maximum 10 participants per event (including organiser)
• Speed‑dating events are strictly prohibited

Violations may result in immediate removal and account termination.

4. User Safety and Responsibilities

Attending or organising events involves inherent risks.
Our review of organisers is best‑efforts only and does not include background checks or guarantees.

• Leave immediately if you feel uncomfortable

5. Data Collection, Use, and Retention

Fair‑Play Requirement

Organisers must:

• Treat participants equally
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Use objective criteria for RSVPs (e.g. capacity, age limits)

Violations may result in immediate removal.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
• Post illegal, misleading, or offensive content
• Impersonate others
• Collect payments or charge for events
• Exceed event size limits
• Organise speed‑dating events
• Discriminate against participants

Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

8. Content Ownership and Licence

• You retain ownership of your Content
• You grant Migavibe a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use Content for platform operation and promotion

We may remove Content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform elements (software, branding, design, trademarks) are owned by Migamor GmbH.
No rights are granted beyond permitted use of the Services.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• User behaviour or intentions
• Event safety or quality
• Platform uptime or accuracy
• Any social or dating outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Direct liability is capped at CHF 100
• No liability for offline interactions or events

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Migamor GmbH against all claims arising from:
